Kirti Seth, CEO, SSC NASSCOM, talks to Indian Express about the role played by the Govt. of India, Industry & NASSCOM to reskill and certify 2 million professionals, potential employees and students in emerging technologies at FutureSkills Prime. She spoke about the emerging tech job portal for people certified in digital skills from FutureSkills Prime that is exhibited to all member companies. NASSCOM aims at establishing a relationship between colleges and companies to help narrow and bridge the talent gap. Kirti says, “So, if I were to have a wish list, I would say that my biggest wish would be that our platform helps to bridge the talent gap. Everything we do is going to try and bring both colleges and companies together. So that this gap that we’ve been talking about perennially, definitely narrows down.”
